"When we attempted to check in the staff was rude and not helpful. The parking was very limited plus there was a big street festival that took up all of the street parking. We should have been notified of this but were not. Our room faced a busy street which was noisy all night. The promised breakfast didn't start until 8AM which is late for early risers. The one day we did get breakfast it was just coffee and some mediocre pastries. They promised some kind of yogurt parfait but it was late being prepared. They have signs in their bathrooms about ancient plumbing and saving water but to get hot water you had to run the water for an extended time. In summary, this place is not ready for prime time."

"The room was clean and staff was helpful. The room itself was nice, but definitely got warm at night. Unfortunately the fan itself made a lot of noise at night. We tried opening the window at night, but it was quite noisy. Overall, the hotel was in a very nice and convenient location. "
