“CHARM is right, it's an absolutely adorable spot that was perfect for what we needed for just the one night stay. Check-in was super easy, clean room, clean sheets and towels, though we did have to ask for a refill on one of the shower amenities - of which staff instantly fulfilled. The surrounding area is very beautiful, if you get the chance to be on the porch, I would highly recommend. Check out is 11am, though if they start cleaning the other rooms at 9:30am, you might have an accidental……

“What a great place to stay. Has more character than any place in PTown. It’s like stepping back into time into a 1920s rooming house with its patina and decor. The place is immaculately clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are comfortable and have ceiling fans and air conditioning. “The Inn is centrally-located, and is convenient to restaurants and bars. The performers in the Lounge are varied, friendly, talented, and entertaining. The Staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Interns of potential improvements: 1. The drink prices are a bit high. 2. The parking fees are very high.”

“My boyfriend and I very much enjoyed our stay at The Mercury Hotel in Provincetown. The property is great, located just a short walk to many restaurants, bars, shops, and a bike rental shop. The hotel amenties were also nice. The patios and decks offered a great way to enjoy the views of the town day and night, and the common areas were cute and complete with comfy couches, tables, chairs, and a few games to enjoy with friends. “No consistent contact w staff on text and could not get them to answer. Thankfully we were able to check in around normal time as two staff returned as we were about to park and leave our belongings on site in our car. Overall room was satisfiable but hard to recommend due to lack of communication from staff.”

“The Lotus Inn is in a great location steps from the Pier on Commercial Street. The staff is friendly and helpful, but it should be noted there is no staff on site other than the cleaners. The cleanliness of the common areas and towels/linens could use an upgrade.”

“Beautiful inn, with many thoughtful design touches. We loved the chance to chat with fellow guests over wine on the porch and breakfast in the garden. Although the inn has very limited parking, there was plentiful parking in the public lot only a block away, even on a busy summer day. We will definitely return!!”
