There is a good restaurant next door and lots of other restaurants and shopping nearby, I was concerned that there was no "reception desk" but Apin provided……

“This was our 7th or 8th stay and, once again, we said that this villa is a gem and our favorite place to stay in Italy. Quiet yet convenient location. Both the garden and interior are gorgeous — historic yet comfortable/warm. Comfortable rooms/beds and huge and well-appointed bathrooms. Nothing better than to sit fireside after dinner in the beautiful library. The kitchen staff are just terrific. Breakfast is delicious and the dining room lovely.
