「The staff was very helpful. We chose this hotel because it's close to a vegan restaurant and by the mountains and walkable. There were a few broken things in our room but it didn't bother us. The room seemed to not have been used in a long time. We just had to ask for new towels etc. The problem in Bogotá is that no one has AC/heat so you have leave the windows open and there is a lot of traffic/noise and smog so sleeping is difficult because of that. 「Very clean room, warm welcoming staff. Easy to cook, you just need to preheat cook top a bit. Walkable distance to the large nice shopping center. Plenty of cafes nearby. Safe quiet area. For sure I will be returning customer. Really enjoyed my staying. Thanks a lot!」
