The apartment is a good location. Walking distance to most of the places and many many restaurants to pick from. It is as pictured. Also left for you are breakfast items a nice touch.

Appartement au centre du cœur historique
Appartement très bien situé pour visiter la ville à pieds.
Refait avec goût, bien équipé, fond de frigo fourni pour le 1er petit déjeuner.
Très bon accueil du propriétaire qui prend le temps de vous conseiller sur les visites, les transports et les bons plans. Également très réactif aux mails et messages.
Seul bémol : malgré un double vitrage de qualité, la ville reste bruyante la nuit en particulier le week-end. Prévoir bouchons d’oreilles pour les plus senblibles.

Location agréable et bien située
Cet appartement situé dans le centre historique de Palerme est agréable, propre, avec une bonne literie et très bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont bien accueillants et attentifs. Attention, la situation dans la rue principale de Palerme (qui est animée) peut apporter du bruit, en particulier le week-end.

5 schöne Tage in Palermo in einer praktisch gelegenen Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist neu eingerichtet, sehr sauber.
Sie liegt gut und praktisch mitten in der Altstadt.
Hervorragend für eine Familie, aber auf gar keinen Fall geeignet für 6 Personen, da sie klein und unpraktisch ist.
Die Vermieter sehr nett und antworten schnell auf alle Nachrichten.

Beautiful, centrally located location was perfect for a week!
This location was wonderful and Guiseppe and Fabiola were wonderful hosts! They even got us started with breakfast supplies and a welcoming bottle of Prosecco. This location in the center of the historical area of Palermo is perfect for the beach, opera, shopping, and just enjoying the city!

Delizioso appartamento nel cuore di Palermo
L'appartamento è perfetto per una coppia, il soggiorno accogliente e comodo, l'angolo cottura piccolo ma molto funzionale, la camera da letto spaziosa con un vero letto matrimoniale, il bagno ampio e con una grande doccia. La posizione in pieno centro storico è strategica per raggiungere a piedi tutti i luoghi d'interesse da visitare. Giuseppe, il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. In caso di ritorno a Palermo lo prenoteremo di nuovo sicuramente.

Além de muito bem localizado para visitar as principais atrações turísticas de Palermo, é profissionalmente preparado para atender as necessidades de turistas.
Isto é, possui tudo que é necessário a ocupantes em férias.

Nice apartment, everything was clean and friendly service
We had a great trip to Palermo. Don’t be misled by the first impression of the alley, this looks a bit dodgy. But when you enter the apartment you are pleasantly surprised. The service of Giuseppe and Fabiola is great, they are friendly and helpful and the breakfast for the first days was already waiting for us. The apartment is clean and offers all you need for a week in Palermo surrounded with lots of markets, shops, bars and restaurants. If you are a light sleeper bring your earplugs since it can be a bit noisy at night. When traveling by car make sure you read into the ZTL. Enjoy Palermo, ciao

Muy agradable, a buen precio y muy centrico
Si volvemos a Sicilia, seguro que nos quedaremos aquí. Giuseppe encantador y nos proporcionaron teléfonos básicos de asistencia, me acompaño a aparcar el coche e instrucciones para moverme por la ciudad. El apartamento perfecto, fuimos 5 personas y tuvimos espacio de sobra. Si o si, es el sitio.

Ottimo appartamento in centro, vicino a tutto. I proprietari sono veramente gentili e disponibili. L’appartamento è veramente bello e comodo per una famiglia di 3 persone come la nostra. Se torniamo a Palermo sicuramente torneremo qui.

Super zentrale Lage, super Ausstattung, Super Vermieter, gut für 2 Personen
Mann sollte kein Auto dabei haben. 1. braucht man das nicht in Palermo. 2. gibt es anders als in der Beschreibung steht keinen Parkplatz. Trotzdem hat sich der Vermieter sehr gut und schnell darum gekümmert und uns einen Platz auf einem bewachten Stellplatz besorgt. Aber den Verkehr will man sich eigentlich nicht antuen.
Es gibt keinen Backofen, aber dafür eine Spülmaschine, schnelles W-Lan und die Lage ist perfekt, um alles zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Tipps für gutes Essen und Bushaltestellen nach Monreal und Mondello waren hervorragend. Besser kann man es nicht machen.
Vermieter reagiert sehr schnell auf Mails oder vor Ort dann auf Whatsapp.
Es gibt Klimaanlaage im Schlafzimmer und Küche/Wohnzimmer, die sehr leise ist und in dem Bett haben wir sofort in der ersten Nach geträumt. Perfekt. Wenn die Fenster offen sind, ist es sehr laut, Wohnung liegt halt mitten im Getümmel. Aber das darf es auch.
Badezimmer und Dursche ist ein Traum. Es scheint alles so ca. 2017 neu gemacht worden zu sein.
Besser kann man es nicht machen. Es waren B&B-like Kornflakes, H-Milch, Joghurts vorhanden.
Sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank nochmal an die Vermieter für den tollen Aufenthalt.
