「We had a fabulous week at the resort. Staff is top notch. The beach is spectacular!」

「The building where we stayed did not have elevator. And for my parents and my pregnant wife was difficult to go up and down every time. The bathroom was not safe as the shower is not anti slip, you need to be very carefull to not slip and have an accident. The property overall was perceived as old with necessary repairments and maintenance.」

「I loved this location. Absolutely beautiful. Very instagram and picture worthy. It was comfy, cute and quiet. I didn’t hear my neighbors or even see them unless I wanted too. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Rent a car if you stay here. Taxis to any place range between $12-16 and they mostly take cash. Arrange transportation to/from the airport with a vendor online if you want to use your card.」

「Best hotel and staff on Plam Beach」

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「Room had stained sheets and towels and the bathroom had mold. Everything was overpriced. You had to pay for umbrellas and/or palapas at the resort. No entertainment besides the casino. I highly recommend staying somewhere else.」

「We loved our stay at the Westerly! The room was extremely clean with brand new features. The daily cleaning of the room was great and there was so much attention to detail. From the chair covers on the beach to the wire cable organizers to the checkout treat, everything at the Westerly was fantastic!」

「The floor and bedroom had a weird smell like mildew or mold. It made my allergies worst. Sneezing and running nose. The last day the room and hallway smell much better. The manager to make reservations for restaurants always them me they booked up on my first day. I was unhappy about it. The second my sister went she got a restaurant for us. The third day my sister granddaughter went and got a restaurant reservation for us. I was not happy with the his services or attitude」

「Room 2564. Didn’t have an oven , what was also disappointing was it didn’t have a toaster so eggos I bought were impossible to make.we had to wear our shoes inside the entire time due to the feeling of the floor being dirty.like it wasn’t mopped. No conditioner in shower.no lotion. Salt and pepper would be great to keep in unit.other than that no complaints.the last Unit we rented was a 3 bedroom, 2 bath and it was much better.」
