「The place was easy to get to especially as the entrance was on a side street off the main drags. We were thankful also that it’s a gated property. The room was as advertised and pictured, but just for a short stay it’s a perfect place. It has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, so can cook some small stuff and a small fridge and freezer If it had a little 2 burner counter top deal, it would be better.」

「The Wi-Fi gave me problems at first it kept buffering. The walk in shower could be cleaned better with some MOLD AND MILDEW SPRAY. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. The sound of the ocean put me to sleep every night. I also enjoyed opening the blinds in the morning seeing the beautiful view of sun, sand, and the ocean.」

「When we first got there we had to call at 12:30 at night and get 3 different codes before we could get in. The property was clean and the exactly like pictures, there is a microwave and mini fridge. The a/c wasn't working for 2 days of our stay and the property manager never made contact. The room got up to 80 degrees but after the a/c started working it was okay」

「This is a much older studio. It was very comfortable for me and my husband. I could see that it would feel crowded with more than 2 people. Overall it definitely needs some upgrades and a little TLC but even with that I would stay here again. The reasons I will return include the area which it is located is less crowded; the pool and patio areas at Top of the Gulf are very nice and clean and it is evident that they are dedicated to improvements; the elevators are fast and staff are very helpful....

「Well the bathroom as soon as we got in to our room smelled like pee and the whole stay it smelled that way. The bed was very uncomfortable hard like we were sleeping on a box spring. The hot water literally almost burnt my skin off taking a shower. Lights didnt work in the kitchen above sink or stove. Never have had any issie any other place of stay and we had to sit in the car for an hour trying to reach someone to even get throught the gate to ge ttp our room noone ever sent us a code to get...
