Nice Getaway for Two!

We enjoyed this condo. It was clean, cozy, and decorated tastefully with beautiful views from the balcony and plenty of space. Nice location on PCB too. The arm bands and beach chairs were appreciated. We intend to be repeat customers. Although we have no complaints, we recommend the owners purchase a Keurig and additional pillows and blankets for the unit.

Amazing Vacation

We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The condo was very clean and the view is amazing. The booking and checking in process was very smooth and easy. The condo is furnished with just about everything you would need for a week away from home. The location is close to all the places we enjoy going to while in while we are in Panama City Beach. We would definitely stay here on our next trip.

We truly enjoyed staying at this property! Everything was clean, pools were awesome, the Hangout was delicious, beach view was incredible, very convenient check-in, and security was visible often which is a good thing at a large complex. Will be back!! Thank you!

Worth Every Penny

Location is amazing walking distance to Walmart, several restaurants, shops, and even Coyote Ugly if you’re wanting to go there! Staff was very helpful in making sure we had everything set up before arriving (we had a 12 hour drive from Northern Kentucky) The room was clean and comfortable with an incredible view of the ocean as well as all the items you need to make your stay comfortable including dishes to eat leftovers with and a washer and dryer set to clean your beach towels! We will definitely be booking our next Panama City beach vacation with this condo service again!

Out dated room. Would not stay here again.

The property is nice room just out dated. Pigeon got nest on balcony could not use afraid of getting bird lice 😞.

Enjoyed our accommodations!

I was impressed with the cleanliness and the overall look of the Condo. The accommodations did not disappoint. We would definately stay again. The view was awesome. The only small issue was the tattered outdoor furniture and occasional pigeons on the deck. Those we only minor issues though.

Short Getaway

We had a great time, Beautiful pools, Short walk distance to the beach from condo close to restaurants and Walmart and loved the hangout food and bar at the pool with the waterfall. We had a wonderful time on our vacation

Pictures can be deceiving!

The condo was clean, balcony big and gorgeous sunsets! Mattress & appliances good. BUT, flooring was cracked, worn-out and needs replaced. Living room furniture dirty & worn out. All furniture needs replaced. We will not rent this property again.

Loved our stay - Nov 4th to Dec 2nd

This condo is perfectly located. Walmart grocery store and a few restaurants that are all walking distance. Beautiful beach and the most beautiful sunsets. We also saw daulphins from the balcony. We always wanted to vist the Panhandle and we were not disappointed. The condo is perfect for a small family. Kitchen is well stocked. The only thing missing was a spatula, we picked one up. New pans also need to be purchased. We had a few cool mornings, but that's to be expected at this time of the year. Lynn & Chris Wakefield, Quebec

We loved the size of the unit. The only issue we had was with the bed. The mattress was spongy and my husband did not sleep well. We added a foam topper but it didn’t help. Other than that we enjoyed our time.

It’s a nice property, pools beautiful. Room needed some updates (front door, kitchen cabinets) balcony was AMAZING. We will be back again. Hopefully the next visit will be NO RED TIDE!

Booking & check in good experience. The condo itself needs major attention…updating, replacements, restoration of most things. I think there are other places that are better for about the same price. I will not stay in this unit again.

Mediocre place

Probably won’t stay again. Very outdated property and small. We had problems to where our front door wouldn’t shut and I never could get ahold of maintenance. Coffee maker didn’t work so I had to walk to get coffee every morning. Balcony doors are very squeaky when opening. Dishwasher worked terribly. All the eyes on the stove are lifted up and won’t stay down. The oven doesn’t cook well at all. Bed was very old and wobbly and hit the mirrors constantly. Wrong size sheets for the pull out bed. The staff at the hangout was very rude and hateful. The dryer in the unit doesn’t work well and gets lint all over everything, even though it was cleaned out. Good size tub and balcony. Great views. Walking distance to pineapple willys which was nice. Never a wait for the elevator-super nice compared to others. Security was very friendly
