This is about the fourth time we book through Vacasa and every time they go above and beyond to make your trip as easy and comfortable as possible. They are there if you need anything. The condo was very clean and beds comfortable. Easy access to the beach and not over crowded. Loved the pool area and grill areas so convenient. We loved the covered parking garage and close to the elevators. Loved everything about this place. We will be back!!! Exceptional Balcony

The location is perfect. West PCB, 9th floor and an end unit. The balcony was amazing with 3-4 different seating choices with incredible views. The flooring/carpet on the balcony needs replaced badly. The biggest down side was the kitchen was barebones and basic. Only 4 plates, and cookware selection was very minimal. The couches were very comfy with a great TV. The kitchen floor wasn’t clean. Overall it was exactly as described and we had a fantastic week!

Vacasa was very responsive on a few minor issues we had with the unit. The biggest positive was the wide variety of balcony furniture.The biggest negative was the very noisy, low end dishwasher.

Pleased beyond our expectations!

We returned to the Panama City Beach area after a 12 year hiatus, having lived here prior to that. Our stay exceeded our hopes and wishes. Location, quality, amenities and atmosphere all were superb. Even the cloudy sometimes rainy weather didn’t dampen our mood … as we sat on the large balcony and enjoyed the views and relaxing ambiance.

Great Condo

Nice condo with great view. Make sure you bring your Netflix login with you if you want to watch TV. Condo is furnished nicely and very comfortable. Vacasa agent was one of the most responsive agents I have ever worked with and responded to all my questions within minutes. I can see other bookings in the future.

Beautiful location

The condo was very nice. It was clean except for being some sand in the bed sheets. That was the only thing that i found offputting. Very spacious and the balcony was perfect. The view was amazing. A quiet atmosphere. I would definitely stay again.

Great location

I've stayed at Tropic Winds before so I knew exactly what to look forward to. Great end unit with nice front and side water views. Some of the furniture is a little dated, but that is not a big deal to me. I'm not picky. I love waking up looking over the Gulf through the large sliding patio doors. Another bonus is you get 2 parking spots and those spots are both close to the elevator. Other condos I've stayed in, you have to park across the street and walk over. This is so much more convenient. I've already booked my stay next year in this same condo and I can't wait!

Pleasant place to stay

We have stayed here 3 times now. Very spacious and clean. The most amazing view. Love the pool and hot tub location with the beach view. My only complaint is parking. Parking is extremely tight.

Great place!

I loved the view. The parking was great. Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels. The beach toys and chairs were a great bonus. The hot tub was out of order at the time but that was fine. I will definitely be back when I can stay longer.

Gulf view gem!

This condo was perfect for our little girl’s trip to the Jazz festival. Assigned parking was an excellent amenity so that you never have to worry about rushing back for parking. Proximity to Pier Park venue and shops was excellent. The condo is spacious and well equipped and that balcony!!! OMG!!! Fabulous views! We will be back!

The balcony was the best part off this condo. Since it was wide and the balcony extended the whole width of the condo you could see all the way down the beach. The sunsets were beautiful. There were plenty of chairs, lounges and end tables to accommodate guests. The white sand beach was not crowded.

Very nice unit.

This is a great unit. Comfortable and clean. The only issue we had was the sprayer on the Kitchen sink was leaking and spraying water everywhere. So, we could not use the kitchen sink. Other wise it was an excellent stay! Would rent it again!

Great location! Floors need to be mopped!

Over all we loved the location, the condo building/property was well maintained, etc. The cleanliness of the actual condo was for the most part good, but the floors desperately need a good deep clean and mopping. If you walked barefoot, your feet quickly turned black! The mattress in the second Bedroom was old school spring and not very comfortable, but the master memory foam was very nice! Having a corner balcony was fabulous! The views were spectacular! We would love to stay at this property again in the future. Maybe just bring a mop with us next time! lol
