We lived our unit 202E… AquaVista was away from the super crowded sections… so was great for a family… unit was clean and well stocked with essentials…. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful property and location did not have any closet space in master bedroom.

Beautiful condo and location loved the extended balcony and layout. Would have like a little more closet space there was no closet in master bedroom but other than that it was perfect!

Great location!

The unit has a lot of space and all the things we needed to make our time feel like home. The furniture does have some stains and there was a loofah and dirty towel in the bathroom which is why I didn’t get give it a 5 but the unit was nice, the view was amazing, the location is ideal, the atmosphere was chill at the complex, overall a great experience. Can’t wait to do it again!

Pretty Ocean Front Views

Pretty ocean front views from this unit and the extended patio was a plus! Since the building in whole is not a huge tower, the beach area was not crowded and was clean. Real Joy rentals service and process was smooth sailing.

Beautiful room/view

We came to PCB for a long weekend. We couldn’t have ask for a better property and room. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint was the sliding door leading to balcony was a little tough at times to open but other than that we enjoyed our stay!
