It was great! The condo is in a great location! If anyone has trouble with stairs then this may not be the right place for you. Close to all the amenities. Our family would stay here again.

Nice condo with a view

We enjoyed this condo, nice view and convenient to the pool. Only a few concerns- the WiFi didn’t work during our stay and I wish there were shades to block the sun in the living room. No privacy and very bright early in the morning. The beds are decently comfortable but the pull out couch is terribly uncomfortable, but my kids made it work. Overall, a good place to stay!

This is the second year we have stayed in this exact condo. It is in a great location, right in front of the pool and we love the views of the ocean from the living room and the upstairs bedroom. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working this stay and the TV in the living room wouldn’t work at all. We contacted the customer service but they weren’t able to come out to fix it during our stay, which was kinda disappointing.The pull out couch is terribly uncomfortable but my kids didn’t mind it too much.

Terrible customer service!

This property is not the worst I've ever stayed in. But the entire experience was terrible! VACASA is nothing but a joke! This unit is on the 3rd floor. No elevator! Bedrooms are on the 4th floor. I don't have room to tell everything bad!

Had to 35 to park, which wasnt stated at first .it was a big surprise finding out had to pay to park. Internet kept going out, was unable to watch tv.

Nice condo

We’ve been staying at ramsgate for years. All of the updates on the outside is really nice. This condo was clean and is close to the pool so we could watch our older children come and go if they wanted to swim. We had a nice time.

Perfect location!

We love the location of Ramsgate, it's close to EVERYTHING, but far enough from the overpopulated area of the high rises in Panama City Beach. The beach is not crowded even in peak summer. The unit is great, very close to the pool, a beautiful view, and stocked with almost everything needed. We did find the bedding just ok, beds were comfortable with lots of pillows, but blankets were thin and I would bring blankets for the sleeper sofa if you will be using it. Overall, we well keep this unit on the top of our list for next year. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Amazing views, perfect location!

My husband and I spent the week here to celebrate his birthday. As soon as we opened the front door we were taken aback with the view. This condo was very comfortable and the AC worked perfectly, that doesn’t happen very often in a top floor condo that is older. The location couldn’t have been better! 2 miles to the left and 2 miles to the right was over crowded and terrible traffic. We could walk to Winn Dixie and Bayou Bills restaurant in less than one minute. We loved this place and hope to come back next year.

We love staying at Ramsgate Harbor. Vacasa was very helpful with answering and assisting with questions and problems. I hope the picture on your site will be updated soon. I would have gone with another rental if due to the fact only one bed available in second bedroom.

Good location

The location and beach access is great! Great views and nice size property. The WiFi and cable didn't work at all for the first 2 days. We work from home so we had our computers to do some work and we had to go to a coffee shop in order to do anything. In the third day someone had to come out and replace the router for anything to work. I don't think there was enough blankets. It was basically like sleeping with just a sheet. Besides that we had a good stay.

Poor Experience

Our experience renting this property was one of the worst we have had in our extensive travels. Upon arriving, we noticed trouble with a number of outlets, the TV, and the lack of internet. We communicated this with the management beginning on Wednesday. Daily texts and calls were exchanged for us to be put off and dismissed. Finally, someone came to fix the outlet on Monday, which was helpful but only led to more trouble with the main television. The care the management company offered was lackluster and quite angering. We were highly unimpressed with Vacasa.

Love Ramsgate but Not This Condo

We have stayed at Ramsgate before and we loved it, but we did not love this particular condo. Ramsgate is perfectly located outside of the crowded areas of PCB, but 8 minutes from Rosemary Beach and conveniently located next to anything you need like grocery stores and restaurants. However, this condo was not the best. When we first arrived, I realized there are no comforters on the beds or even what I would consider a blanket. They are as thin as sheets. I called the managing company and asked if there are extra blankets available. I was told they’d call me back. I never received a call back. I called back twice with no answer and left a message with no return call. I never heard from them again. The kitchen didn’t come equipped with pans or skillets making it difficult to make typical breakfast or dinner. The smaller bedroom walls have patched holes everywhere making it look rundown. The living room window is cracked and there are no curtains or blinds to cover the first floor balcony door/windows for privacy. The hot water runs cold when more than one person is showering. Plus, this condo is located right next to the pool, so if you don’t like hearing screaming and crying kids all day, this isn’t the spot for you. This isn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed, but it feels like the managing company is cutting corners and they definitely lack decent customer service. I highly recommend Ramsgate, but I’d suggest finding a different condo in the same building.

Has potential if updated

Literally is steps to the beach. Check in and out was easy. The only advantages. They assess a parking charge after the rental is finalized. That was a surprise. I pushed back and they refunded the charge. It has great potential, but very, very outdated. Squeaky stairs, worn shag carpet, old furniture, water condensation leaking from the vent, etc. There was a VCR in the bedroom. Not sure where I find a VHS movie to watch. It was a short trip and we made the best out of it. I took a chance reading other similar reviews. Would not recommend it from an overall experience.

Reasonable location

If your holiday’s plan is a quite place, next to the beach and not necessarily interested in a being at walking distance of where the night social activity is, then this apt. is a good alternative. However the apt’s decoration is old fashioned and it needs all furnitures to be updated.

Peaceful

A last minute booking for a short trip. Communication was good, no issues. The condo smelled clean as soon as we walked through the door. It’s a little run down and could use some TLC but it was great for our short trip. The view was great and access to the pool and beach very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Great location!

We had a wonderful time! I loved the fact that it is right on the beach. There are not a lot of people in that area so you don't have to fight for a place to settle in for the day! We will definately be back!

Great Quiet Location

My family had a great time at Ramsgate 50. It is in a quiet location and close to all the attractions. The unit needs updating but otherwise had all the accommodations. We would book again.

Clean but a hassle.

The room was clean but dated. Photos and important details are misleading. We had to pack luggage up 4 sets of stairs. No elevators. Long key codes to enter the room, beach and pool. Had to enter the codes multiple times just get in each place. Even had to help other people get out of the pool area.

Hidden Gem

Great spot right on the beach. Easy check in process and good communication from property manager. This is an older property and this u it has not been updated but everything is in working order and very clean.
