Great Vacation

Condo was very clean and looked just as nice as it did in the pictures. We loved the beautiful views every morning and evening. Beach chair service was great. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Beach Front Condo💙

A beautiful condo with amazing views and nice property amenities! It was very clean and the property managers were great to work with. We also loved that the unit has a washer and dryer! We enjoyed our stay!

2024 Beach Trip

We enjoyed our stay at Tidewater 1909. We can there to celebrate our 42nd wedding anniversary! We have no complaints about the condo. The Condo was clean and is in a great location! We will stay again for sure!

Beach Weekend Getaway

Loved our condo!

The room was great!! The owners really go all out to be sure you and your family enjoy your stay. There were many board games to play and beach chairs and an umbrella available to use. The room was perfect! The tidewater elevators though, not so perfect. Very long elevator waits.

Beautiful view

Nothing could beat the view from this condo. Modern and clean. Very much enjoyed this unit. Elevators are slow so plan for waiting time.

The condo itself was as pictured ... neat and clean. The gulf view was excellent. The road construction out front made it somewhat hard to get around. Walking to Pier Park as a result of the construction and lack of side walks was not good. We stayed for 3 weeks in Feb, at the beginning had a couple of maintenance issues with showers and hot water. Communication with property manger could have been better. Over all we enjoyed our stay.

Home away from home!

This was our 1st time staying at Tidewater Resort and we couldn't have been happier! The condo was one of the best (maybe even the best) we've ever stayed in! It was very spacious, very clean and decorated just perfect for spending time at the beach. The condo was steps away from the ocean and the beach was not crowded at all. Every morning and evening we could sit on the balcony and watch the waves rolling in. It was the perfect vacation spot to rest and relax! This will definitely be a place we return to!

Great Condo!

This condo was perfect for our family. Very clean, cozy and amazing view from the 19th floor. Our son loved the bunk bed and having his own bathroom. The master suite was a great size and so neat to wake up to floor to celling views of the gulf! Bonus was the direct access to the beach! No loading and unloading everything into the car every time we wanted to go to the beach.

The condo was very nice but I would never stay there again due to the elevator situation. The staff was very helpful with the elevators but it was still a nightmare. We did love the snow cones at the pool.

Very nice condo

Nice place, but construction of roadways was awful trying to get in parking garage. Elevators were fast as long as you didn’t use them when everyone else was using them. The view from the balcony was beautiful, saw dolphins and jellyfish , but at night all we smelled was people smoking cigarettes and other illegal substances.

Perfect!

Everything was great. I missed the email that was sent for check in and i had to call on a Sunday and they answered and were so helpful and nice. The condo was clean, the view was excellent. There were some bad things said about the elevators and taking a while but we didn't really have any issues. Everyone on property were very nice and helpful. Loved having the little shop on site for coffee in the morning. Will definitely stay again!

Anniversary Getaway.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided to take a last-minute weekend getaway for our 19th anniversary. We knew we wanted an available beachfront then and landed on Tidewater 1909. sometimes, the last-minute plans are the best, which was definitely the case for this trip. From the start, we booked and left a few hours later for our long journey to PCB. We have never booked a condo, so it was an all-around new experience. The management team was great, reaching out through email and text to ensure we had all the documents completed before our arrival to make things as smooth as possible, even when I goofed up some of the paperwork and needed to resign a few items. They did a great job of explaining what was needed and with a quick response. The 1909 condo was great, from the decor to the amenities and the view. There is an excellent instruction manual that gives you quick tips and directions. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. All you need to do outside the beach is go down the road, go shopping, go to restaurants, and go to the pier. They also provide several coupon books and suggested activities in the area. Nothing beats waking up in the morning and enjoying coffee, watching the sea life swim by before beachgoers arrive. This condo is the perfect location for a great aerial view. We saw a manta ray, a cownose ray, dolphins, and a sea turtle.As for the Tidewater Resort as a whole, we had great experiences. I know the condo and its management company have zero control over the staff and facilities outside the unit, but it's worth discussing. The brief interactions with the maintenance staff in passing, the front desk staff, and the elevator staff were great hospitality. Some visitors may complain about the elevator waits, but our experience could not have been better overall.
