Perfect location and property

This property was the perfect fit for our family vacation. It was just across the street for our beach time. So we could come and go without the hassle of walking far. The property itself has a private fenced pool so we could relax and get some quiet time for the younger kids if needed and is just the right size. The house had plenty of room and couldn't have been nicer. Close location to a variety of restaurants and places to shop was great as well. We hope to come back here again.

Absolutely gorgeous beach house and wonderful host!

We came down with our family, a group of 8. The house was just as described. Very clean & was right across the street from the beach. The private pool was amazing and we had plenty of space through the whole house. We had trouble getting the keypad to work when we first arrived, but the host was very helpful getting us in and resolved the issue quickly! Highly recommend staying here.

One of The Best

Celebrated our 15 year Class Reunion… everybody(Group of 11) was highly satisfied. We all agreed that this was one of THE BEST vacation home we all stayed in. After a hot day at the beach, we came home to relax in the private pool. Due to our large group number, eating out was a hassle. We mostly cooked at home and everything was supplied(dishes, utensils, cups).

FABULOUS HOUSE!

This house is WONDERFUL. The owners certainly made sure you would have everything necessary to enjoy your beach vacation. We did habe to contact the owner about the wifi-password and she responded immediately and it was resolved before we hung up. The decore is perfect, the beds amd rooms are so spacious. It is a duplex, but a LARGE duplex. We had a family of at least 12 in the other sode of the housr and we never heard them. You would have never known it was a duplex Cant wait for our next trip!!

Family Vacay

We visited the PCB area with our whole family, ranging in age from 65 to 2. There was plenty of space for our group of 11 to stay comfortably. The public beach access was right across the road, and many of the area attractions were minutes away. The property was, for the most part, exactly what we had anticipated. Our areas of concern were most focused on the cleanliness of the property. When we arrived to the property, it was noticed that the floors had not been mopped and were quite dirty. We had a few drops of water on the floor from a cooler and upon wiping up the water, we noticed that the paper towel was almost black. This was quite a concern, as we had a toddler in our group. As we tried to clean up the floors during our stay, the only broom available is a child size toy broom. Additionally, the outdoor shower had quite a bit of algae growing around the drain. One of the guys in our group cleaning it up, so that the shower could be used. Additionally, we felt that the listing had a few areas that were a bit misleading. This is a 5 bedroom 4.5 bath house, not a 5 bath house - we were able to make this work, but not what we expected. (The listing has since been partially updated). Also, the "ice maker" is the ice maker that is in the refrigerator/freezer unit. We anticipated a seperate ice maker, as the standard refrigerator/freezer unit does not make enough ice for drinks for 11 people. Overall, it was a nice property, but needs a good deep cleaning.

Cannot say enough good about this unit.

Everyone of my family members from 1 year old to 65 years old enjoyed this unit. Super clean and super nice. The private pool was perfect for the kids to use as a hangout. You won’t get this close to the beach at some beach front resorts. Owners were super quick to reply to any of our questions.

Our whole family had a wonderful experience. It is super convenient, clean, beautiful! You can use the cart and cooler provided to have a great day on the beach and come back to relax in the pool. The house is perfect and we hope to come back soon!! Could not have asked for a better setup!!
