Boardwalk Beach resort is one of Panama City Beach's premier condos. Close to local attractions, restaurants, and golf courses, yet tucked away on a quiet stretch of South Thomas drive in an area of beach bungalows, it seems like a world away from the crowds and traffic of Front Beach Road. Set on an amazing 1700 ft of pristine beach front on the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, everything about the Boardwalk is high-end.
Our condo is very spacious at 1380 square feet, providing lots of room for you and your family and friends to spread out and enjoy (compare that to the typical 2 BR condos on the beach that are only 1000 - 1100 SF). The master bedroom is huge and luxurious with a king bed and is directly on the Gulf. The 2nd bedroom is also very large and provides a king bed as well. There is also a bonus private room with a queen bed.
The views from the 21st floor are amazing! Watch for dolphins, rays, sea turtles, manatees, and other sea life right from your very own private balcony. And of course there are incredible views of the sunset.
Of course your condo includes all of the high-end features you would expect, such as all brand-new flat-panel LED televisions, a large and full-featured kitchen with granite countertops, full dining room table that seats 6, nine-foot ceilings with crown molding, tile in foyer, kitchen, dining and bath areas, cultured marble tubs and showers, separate shower and garden tub in master bath, and plush and comfortable bedding.
Rent from a local owner instead of a rental company. We are located only 2 miles away so in the unlikely event if you have any issues whatsoever we can take care of it quickly.

Boardwalk Condominium Association has now banned smoking on all condo balconies. Smoking is allowed at designated areas on the ground and 1st floor only. There is absolutely no smoking allowed in our condo.
Note: Parking passes and pool arm bands must now be purchased online and are NOT INCLUDED in the total price paid through VRBO. The price is approximately $65 per vehicle which is valid for the entire stay, and arm bands are $5 each (children under 6 do not need one).
