「服務人員不親切，效率慢.」

「We stayed for 9 beautiful days in this location. The setting is absolutely gorgeous with thick vegetation, beautiful buildings and pools. The grounds are well maintained. The beaches are stunning! The service at the restaurants, reception, rooms, pools and concierge desk is fantastic. The food is great eventhough not all restaurants are open due to visiting in the winter season for Panama. The tiramisu and red velvet cake were amazing! Probably the best we ever had! There were too many people...

「Foi necessário aguardar um pouco pelo transporte, tanto na ida quanto na volta ao aeroporto, mas nada que atrapalhasse nossa viagem. Senti falta de funcionários no bar da piscina para pedir um drink, pois, mesmo com uma chuvinha fina estava muito calor e aproveitamos a área externa. 」

「The Red Frog Resort is a beautifully located area. Although it rained for most of the time, the beach and property are amazing. We saw sloths, monkeys and of corse the red frogs throughout our stay. The staff was so nice and made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful experience in Bocas. 」

David the manager was so helpful, helped me download and set up my eSIM for the road, got road side assistance for me to get my flat tire changed, far beyond the call of duty. The longer I stayed, the more welcome I felt. 」
