「This is a unique property in a cute rural setting. I could see how it’s not for everyone and it’s most definitely non-traditional. However, the setting is beautiful and the accommodations are adorable. Bed was comfortable, staff were pleasant; although for the most part we were on our own for check in, etc. No issues there, clear communication with directions and door codes were provided.
There are indeed a number of ‘rules’ but I saw them more as a guide for how to use this special property...

「The property was very Nice and friendly, for my Surprise the offer a local fruits tastes on Friday morning, and it was Fantastic. The room was clean and smells great, the staff is wonderful all the time.
The only thing I didn’t like was, the ar conditioning works well, but the noise is so high and I have trouble to keep sleeping all night long. But they can fix it, in my opinion have to change the machine. I should back soon and I will stay there again.」

「I understand this was an eco lodge. However, there is no air and little cross breeze. Our bed was broken, there were not enough towels (only 3 for 5 people), we were encouraged to shower by turning the water off while we used soap, the pots and pans were so dirty that some could not be cleaned. The worst was that the staff was unprofessional. They did not communicate effectively, they were dismissive about simple requests (like "how to check in") and once we did check in we NEVER heard from...

「This place is beautiful and charming. My self and my two horn h children stayed on the first floor in the large suite with two beds and a pull out futon. Unfortunately, the entire third floor was rented out to a family who were extremely loud.
