"We booked a room for the view. Upon arrival, the desk clerk let us know we would be upgraded to a suite. OK, great. What she didn't let us know was we lost out on our view, which was the purpose of booking. Then this suite "upgrade" was not cleaned too well - someone's fake nails were on the floor. Was not too thrilled with our stay. "

"My spouse and I both thought the mattress was too soft and caused us back and hip pain when we woke up. The suite was very spacious and comfortable otherwise. The wastebasket in the den area still had a piece of pizza stuck to the bottom of it from a previous person. Lucky, it didn't smell. Underneath the make-up vanity in the bathroom, there was a bunch of hair clumps on the floor, in front of the seat. We didn't visit the pool or hot tub areas. I wasn't aware that I had a $50 beverage credit until I happened to check my emails. I wish the employee had informed me about this perk when we checked in. When we visited the Sala 118 lounge to take advantage of the credit, the waitress didn't seem to understand that we wanted to have the drinks billed to our room for this reason. Perhaps some clarity should be given to the lounge staff to address the confusion. "
