“Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated ”

“Excellente semaine passée dans cet appartement. Une fois les sacs vidés (tout trouve sa place très vite), nous avons pu profiter de ce joli petit appartement très bien équipé, A deux pas des pistes, du départ des cours ESF et du Charvet, nous nous y sommes très bien sentis.”

“The apartment was ideal for our family of 6. It was less than a minute away from a major chairlift and a gondola lift. Ski storage was easily accessible once we figured out where it was. Breakfast could be ordered at reception which helped a lot. Gym, Sauna and steam rooms were a welcome addition for some of us. Our balcony had a great view, which we loved especially on New Year's Eve.”

“Lovely apartment. Spa/pool etc. really good too. Right next to Super U, Intermarche and Boulangerie so very easy to cater. Good lockers/boot room. Shuttle bus to the Funicular stops right outside every 30 minutes. Reception very helpful. Wi-fi very weak - could be better and TV’s upgraded to Smart would be a bonus to access Netflix etc. for nights in. Would definitely recommend and saved a lot of ££ compared to staying in Les Arcs.”

La résidence dispose d'une salle de sports et d'un espace bien-être et piscine bien agréable après une journée de randonnées. Mention spéciale à l'équipe de cette résidence pour leur accueil, que ce soit au téléphone, à la réception ou les personnes de service ou d'entretien, aimables, souriants et serviables. “We have stayed at Chalet Altitude in both Val Thorens and Les Arcs 2000. The apartments are comprable. In both cases we had 3 bd apartments. The pool is better at Les Arcs as is the access to the wider ski resort. Otherwise facilites are comparable and we recommend both.”
