“We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .”

“Our family of 3 had a great time staying at the property. The only issue was the Wi-Fi, it was very weak and dropped constantly. Besides that, other things were nice. It’s close to water taxi, as well as ferry to Bellagio/Verrana (10 mins walk to your left), ferry to Como & bus are few step on the right. Would stay here again. ”

“Daniel was just amazing and the property has been very thoughtfully managed. Pool is immaculate. Location is just excellent and central to Bellagio. Only point of feedback would be the mattress in the bed being a little more comfortable. We will be back!”

“Espectacular!!! Definitivamente el mejor lugar para quedarse en el Lago di Como. Acceso directo a la playa, cerca de la estación de tren, ferry y autobús. Habitación súper moderna, espaciosa, limpia y con todas las comodidades. Y lo mejor de todo, las atenciones de Stefy y Bepe (los propietarios), siempre atentos y dispuestos para hacer que la estancia sea lo más placentera. “We stayed in the La Vista room at Palazzo del Vicerè and absolutely loved it. The view was just as amazing as the pictures and the location was walking distance to restaurants and a boat rental (which I would highly recommend). Arianna was very attentive and helped us out all throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this location if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful stay on Lake Como.”
