“We just stayed there to catch an early flight out of Florence the next day. But experience was great! Marco was very helpful with everything. Booked us a cab for our early flight and pointed us to parking in Florence. Nice big room and bathroom. ”

“The stay at the hotel was very good,all the staff was willing to help us.The first night our room had no heat and it was cold,so we complained the next morning and they checked and because we had right,they apologized and immediately changed our room.The breakfast was nice and they had incredible coffee!The room was clean and tidy and also we had all the day hot water.”

“Lara was a fantastic host at Il Grillo di Firenze! She was the kindest and most caring person we dealt with on our entire trip to Italy. She immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable, and gave us a map with all the best locations to visit in Florence. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The only downside of this property is that it is slightly far from the main downtown area of Florence. However, there is a tram that will take you directly to the area in about 10……
