“The staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel was in need of a deep clean. The breakfast was good for the type of place. The sir conditioner we worked. The shower was super small, as was the room. ”

“The hotel is probably 60 years old and hasn't been updated since then haha. It was clean but just plain outdated and simple. Our triple room had 2 independent bathrooms, one with a shower which is good for simultaneous use. They advertise a pool which but you have to pay $10 to use it since it is a public pool for the neighborhood. Breakfast was not great but the best thing is you can ask for real espresso or cappuccino as many times as you want. You get free self parking but the hotel seems to……

“Room is clean and spacious. Staff is friendly. Free parking next to hotel is a bonus. Tram station is very close and convenient as we take T2 to historic center.”

“Excellent service and hospitality. The Breakfast Buffet had a lot of variety and the staff is super friendly. Reception and front desk staff are extremely helpful and could provide some excellent recommendation on where to spend your evening in Florence. Highly recommend! ”

“After the second cleaning, i notice there are sand-like stuff on the floor of toilet area, it felt gritty and uncomfortable. I walked barefoot in the room as there were no slippers provided and I didnt bring one with me. The second morning when I was in the toilet, I accidentally stepped on something and it was painful. I realised I was bleeding. It was a tiny piece of debris? (I was guessing its a debris from the wall because of the shiny surface, but I can’t tell). This is not what I expected……

“Here is good to have a vacation in Firenze. All of them are friendly. We are enjoying”

“No tea and kettle in the room. Water only available in the lounge area which caused inconveniences to guests. Bottled water only supplied on the first day! Given the relatively high rate, this provision is too mean. Drainage was found clogged but prompt fix was appreciated. Stayed 3 nights but bedsheets and quilt covers not changed the 2nd night. Air-conditioning in the room was good and reliable.”
