Host: Very friendly and responds quickly to questions. Before arriving, we received all the information we needed about the area and the apartment, down to the smallest détails. Apartment: very nice and clean apartment, just a few minutes from the train station. Many restaurants and shops are nearby. The furnishings were great. There were five of us, and there were exactly five towels. There was a floor towel in the bathroom, but we missed a hand towel. We didn't realize there were a lot of mosquitoes outside and didn't pay attention to closing the windows and door early on the first day. However, the apartment had an electric insect catcher and insect repellent spray. So we were well-prepared for the next few days :) Overall, we felt very comfortable in the apartment and would book it again the next Time we visit Paris. We've already told friends about this apartment and shared the link. We highly recommend it!

This is such a lovely stay! The host allowed us to check in quite early to accommodate our flight arrival. The descriptors for accessing the property in the listing were very clear. It was very easy to access the train station and only a 15 minute ride into the city. I’d highly recommend!

Cute little house in quiet street

This is a cute little house in a quiet street. It feels like you're in a French village, but there's an RER station at 3 mins walk and it's a mere 15 mins to Notre Dame. The two bedrooms are fine, with good blackout shutters. The sofa in the living room is spacious but very firm and there's quite a lot of light coming from the bathroom windows in the morning. There's no air-conditioning, but it's easy to ventilate and cool the house in the evening and during the night. This was our second stay here and we would stay again.

Exactly as described with prompt and easy to understood communication from the host. Clean and tidy, comfy beds and a safe and nice area. Quick access into Paris from the station 3 minutes walk away and a nice bakery at the end of the road. Its a quiet area and both rooms have space for a travel cot and good dark curtains ideal for helping the kids to sleep.

Nice clean place. Figuring out how to work the keys and locks was bit of an escape room but once we did, they worked fine. Close to 2 metro lines and grocery store. No air conditioning but the place had 2 portable fans. Overall, we would stay again.

Apartment was in a great spot, close to the RER, so we enjoyed the quiet of not being in the tourist areas, but easy to get to everything we wanted to see. Host was communicative and worked with our travel schedule to help us get settled in quickly.

Appartement refait à neuf au calme proche des commerces et du RER

Nous avons très apprécié le calme, la fraîcheur de l'appart, la boulangerie à 2 mn à pieds, Intermarché à 5 mn à pieds, RER B à 5 mn à pieds...le centre de Paris en moins d'1/2 heure de l'appartement !Appartement refait à neuf, joli, bien équipé, tout était parfait ! Nous y reviendrons !

Needs TLC

This property is in a good location and is a good size. When we walked in the door, it smelled damp. I thought maybe it was unused for a while however keeping the windows open did not help. The bathroom needs a complete remodel to remove dampness issues and to provide more privacy. The owner said he planned to renovate in May. If he does, this will be a great place to stay.

Séjour à Paris

Accueil excellent, appartement très fonctionnel et idealement situe à 3mn du RER (mais sans aucune nuisance) 4 mn d'une boulangerie et 5mn d'un supermarché ouvert jusqu'à minuit, super pratique quand on rentre un peu tard de Paris. Séjour parfait en couple avec 3 enfants, 40mn pour dysneyland, 30mn pour Versailles. Côté parking, on avait opté pour un onepark de l'hotel campanile situe a 800m environ où elle edt restee la semaine. En bref, sejour excellent !

Nice apartment at 20 min drive from Paris city center

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Genug Platz für 5-6 Personen. Die Vermieteter sind sehr freundlich & unkompliziert. Check-in & -out haben problemlos geklappt. Die Wohnung ist gut angebunden. 5min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof und dann ca. 15-20min bis Mitten ins Zentrum von Paris.

Cute house in a village like neighbourhood

This is a cute house in a quiet and village like neighbourhood. It's just a few minutes walk from RER line B with a direct, frequent and fast connection to the center of Paris and Gare du Nord. The house is compact but it has an efficient layout which makes it feel more spacious than it is. Everything is spotlessly clean and in good working order. The kitchen has all the amenities one needs. The shower is spacious and with good pressure and temperature. The mattress in one of the bedrooms is a bit thin and hard. The sofa bed in the living room is IKEA quality. Theoretically the house could accommodate six people, but it's really not big enough for that. We were two adults and one child and it suited us perfectly, except that there are only two chairs at the dining table.

Gute Lage und ruhig.

Die Wohnung ist super schön und gut gelegen. Im Inserat steht in der deutschen Version etwas von einem Parkplatz. Im französischen steht es richtig, dass es nur halbtags Parkgelegenheiten sind. Aber der Vermieter hat uns einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Umgebung empfohlen. Das war sehr gut für uns. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Es gab sogar drei Raumlüfter. War zu der heißen Zeit echt Klasse. Es könnte etwas mehr zum Kochen geben, aber wir sind auch so noch ganz gut zurecht gekommen. Insgesamt eine wirklich super Wohnung. Wichtig zu sagen ist noch, dass der Vermieter wirklich sehr hilfsbereit ist. Wir haben ein Portmonee vergessen und der Vermieter hat es für uns gesucht, gefunden und zurückgeschickt. Wirklich eine tolle Erfahrung. Super menschlich. Würde deshalb auch 6 Punkte geben. Gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
