Welcome to Paris - Apartment
This accommodation is ideal for spending a few days in Paris with family or friends.
Well served by public transport, the apartment is located 500m from the Métro Mairie d'Ivry (line 7) and the RER C Ivry (direct to reach Orly airport, Notre Dame, the Musée d'Orsay, Eiffel Tower...)
Just at the foot of Bus 132 which takes you in 5 minutes to the Bibliothèque François Mitterrand metro (line 14) which crosses all of Paris.
For cyclists, a Vélib station is around the corner.
It is relatively easy to find a parking space in the street for only 4€/day.
You will have at your disposal 2 comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen open to the living room.
The large bedroom has a King size bed (180x200).
The small bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200)
A sofa bed for 2 people is located in the living room.
Its lounge provides the perfect setting for relaxing after visiting the capital. Sit on the sofa to read a good book or take advantage of the facilities at your disposal, such as a Wi-Fi connection and a TV
You can prepare delicious recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, then enjoy them around the dining table for 6 guests.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet.

Emplacement idéal pour un séjour touristique à Paris
Appartement dans une petite résidence à deux étages, très calme. Emplacement idéal, à quelques minutes à pied du métro 7 qui nous amène partout dans Paris.
L'appartement est fonctionnel , bien équipé (on aurait apprécié d'avoir à disposition les modes d'emploi de la télé, du four et du sèche serviette et peut être une toile cirée pour la table). La literie est très confortable et nous avons très bien dormi (hyper important après des grandes journées touristiques).
Jérôme est très disponible et très aimable, communication parfaite. Il a su parfaitement répondre à nos questions, nos demandes et a su se montrer souple sur les horaires d'arrivée, ce qui nous a grandement rendu service.
Points faibles : l'isolation sonore, l'appartement est très humide, avec pas mal de moisissures et il aurait bien besoin d'un rafraichissement complet du sol au plafond.
Le paiement de la caution par virement, avant même d'avoir vu l'appartement, m'a un peu déstabilisée mais tout s'est très bien passé et le virement retour a été fait le jour même du départ. Il faut quand même prévoir d'avoir cette somme débitée et donc non disponible pendant quelques jours...

Jerome (Host) was very friendly and helpful when querying options for local transport (There's a metro station near by which will get you to most tourist attractions in paris within 20-30 mins). Only issue is you are reliant on transport, it's an hour plus walk into city centre paris especially if you're new to the area. Would go again if i find myself in Paris in the future, can't beat the quality for the price.

Appartement en dégradation
Après un court séjour, il y a un an 1/2 déjà. Nous sommes revenus pour passer un week-end, appartement en nette dégradation. Dans un premier temps ne nous a pas prevenu que la télé ne fonctionnait pas. De plus un pied de lit était cassé. Je note aussi de gros problèmes en électricité (fil apparent) 🤨. J'ai du moi même débouché l'évier et détartrer la bouilloire. Voilà la liste est trop longue...

Très bon séjour
Appartement spacieux et lumineux, a cinq personnes, si près de Paris, chacun se sentait dans son espace. La déco est sympa, il sera au top quand les peintures auront été rafraîchies.
L appartement est également tres bien situé pour rejoindre Paris en métro ou RER.
Tout proches, il y a le supermarché, la boulangerie, c est vraiment appréciable
Excellent contact avec Jérôme qui est très prévenant, disponible , rigoureux et sympathique

My family of 5 was so looking forward to what we anticipated to be a clean and suitable apartment as advertised, but we couldn't have been more wrong.
This apartment is an unsafe and unhealthy slum that needs to be condemned until remedied if not torn down and rebuilt. The photos that Jerome has posted are taken from all the angles that don't show what's truly there: Black mold, ants, filthy walls, dusty surfaces, smelly and stained sheets, flat pillows, uncomfortable beds (one that doesn't lie flat to the ground (a see-saw)), and terrible, constant noise from the road beside.
I should have known that what we'd find would be bad if not awful and downright uninhabitable based on the entry to the doorway which happened to be a big steel green door which seemed to lead to a very downtrodden courtyard fit for dustbins only.
On the left, a door with steep stairway covered in plastic like a scene from "Dexter". At the top, a big red door with a locking mechanism difficult for those unaccustomed to opening a bank vault with locking mechanism that reached from floor to ceiling, a sign perhaps to the threats lurking beyond the shanty walls.
Inside the apartment, electrical cords hanging from the walls and "daisychaining" which happens to be a fire-threat in most countries and against the law. No detectors of any sort (fire/CO), which screams of lack of care and concern for the safety and wellbeing of tenants. Jerome communicates all right, but with each concern raised, he fires

Bad- I was contacted by the property owner and was told I needed to provide a deposit in euros because I did not reply to his original request to send money direct to his bank account. This was remedied by VRBO.
The stairwell is very steep and the building is clearly either in the process of being condemned (or it should be).
Property not as described. No smoke or carbon monoxide alarms.
Black mold in both bedrooms (see photos)
Urine stain on futon in living room that reeked of urine.
Ants everywhere!
Apartment was not clean.
Pros: owner was communicative.
Owner provided 2 fans.
Apartment is close to metro but it is about 25 minutes from the city center.
Neighborhood was okay, graffiti; however, was abound.
I would never stay here again, nor would I recommend this property to anyone.
