“I had a wonderful stay, it was just at the beginning of the season so it was very quiet which was what I was looking for. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very helpful! The walk to the lake, and then along the shore, was a perfect start to the day. The bottle of wine I had sent to my room was terrific and the charcuterie box I had from the restaurant was absolutely delicious. Sitting in the sunroom with a glass of wine and a book was the perfect getaway.”

“Kitchen was well eqipped. Staff member friendly and helpful. Pool perfect temperature. Great view. Breakfast would have been nice if fresh melons, berries etc. were served. Plain yogurts were needed too as everything was sweetened. I was thankful there were hard boiled eggs for protein. ”

“I like the staff commiment to assist the guest. I forgot my apple watch and other items, I called the hotel and the staff was able to assist me in mailing the forgotten items to me. The property was not bad. The things that I didn’t like were the lack of elevator in the building and the towels in the wash room. Over all I had a good time staying at Amber Hotel.”
