"There was laundry?! When checking in they did not state the amenities. Also, be warned, upon checking out I was told to be nowhere near the room. Never ever had that happen to get a deposit back. I understand checking the room but to twll me to not come close to it was concerning. "

"This was the worst stay I have had in a long time. The noise was insufferable and the beds were rock hard. We didn’t even want to shower because of health concerns. I would not recommend staying here even for a significant discount. "

"We had a wonderful time! Rooms were amazing. Soul was a do it all. From front desk service to maintenance!! Great service! The only down side was there was no king size beds. But most was having other guests hag out in there cars smoking weed and drinking all day. By our car side and entrance. Felt unsafe. "

"It was fine for a night. Parking lot security was good. Kept homeless out of parking lot. Rooms were pretty good. I will say most Hyatt hotels I’ve been to are in better condition. This one showed some wear and tear. Bed was comfortable. "
