Our only complaint would be that there were no empty drawers to put our stuff away so we had to make it work out of our suitcase. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and equipment. A little confusion around checking out, but it was remedied. Overall, we had a great stay. Thanks again!"

"The townhouse was great. Very convenient to all shops and attractions. We had plenty of room for our 4 families including 5 kids and a dog. The game room kept the kids entertained all weekend. While the adults hung out upstairs."

"Nice full kitchen we saved money by grocery shopping and eating in most nights. Sleeps 4 comfortably. A/C was nice on hot days as well."

"My family and I got away for a few days for a mini vacation with our two dogs. I would definitely recommend staying here as it was near all the shops and the grocery store which was in walking distance. The manager was always available and the check in was easy. I will definitely be coming back to stay here on our next trip to North Conway!"

Drove 4 hours to NH with 2 small children to stay for a weekend and go to storyland etc and discovered we never received check in or entry information for the unit. "Property was ok - you can tell that it’s a rental and some items are worn and could be replaced. The ottoman was very stained and dirty. Bathrooms were dated. The oven did not work and contacted the property owner and never heard back. Plenty of space for everyone though. Overall it suited our needs for a quick 2 night stay."

"My husband and I rented from Ryan for a long weekend to go to the Fryeburg Fair which was apx 30minute ride. Place was wicked clean and in a great location. Close to the center of Bridgton which has cool little shops and a few restaurants. This rental is on a main road but we barely heard any traffic from cars and trucks driving by. I love sitting in the hot tub after waking around the fair all day. The only draw back is there isn't a table next to the hot tub to place my drink but I managed. I...
