“biscuits crumbs on the desk chair and on the floor near the main door in first room. After asked and changed to another room , the desk chair was broken this time and also with biscuit crumbs but I could just swept it easily because it was a nylon net chair. Asked for replacing the chair and was done 25 mins later and with my impatience call again on this matter at 20 mins. Breakfast asking for nearly 15 usd per day which I did not try given the experience.”

“Lovely hotel very clean everything ok it has a new shopping mall and coffee shops and is 15 mins walk to an established shopping mall albeit quite a dangerous walk due to lack of footpath and lots of traffic but ok if you are careful Nice location for me saves having to spend 45 mins in traffic to and from the office”

“I would like to recommend this hotel. Airport transfer is super, they guided me in the 3 Terminal Exit. Breakfast is fine. There’s a lot of choice. My only complaint is :The hot water pool and the cold water pool not very clean.”

“The hotel is a bit old, but still well maintained. It is great for commuting to Central and South Jakarta. The room was large and very comfortable. The best part of my stay was the staff - both Vincen and Putu at the reception were extremely helpful and professional. Catering was also great - the food options for breakfast were diverse, and I also enjoyed the dinner buffet a lot! Very happy with my stay and I would recommend it to friends and family. ”
