「The host was very welcoming and answered all our questions quickly. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, including dinnerware, utensils, paper goods, and cleaning supplies. The location was excellent, with many restaurants nearby. We felt very safe with a guard-attended gate and fenced community. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. I hope to stay again next time I visit Tampa, Florida.」

「This “apartment” was a closed in garage attached to a house. Place was clean but there was very poor and incomplete construction, such as doors not closing, unfinished areas, no fridge handle and the sink spigot was very wobbly. Parking was on site and had washer and dryer, although outside. No seating outside at all. Had to take out kitchen chairs to sit on. Beds were horrible ! Had WiFi but no access to modem so no password. It was continently located. 」
