Great location near beach, amazing city and ocean view from 19th floor, modern look, digital entry. But beware 1000B deposit for key (during check in they will return you 500B, remaining 500B was taken for electricity).

A good stay. The bed could do with an upgrade and the aircon unit flooded the balcony each day. Communication was a challenge but this was offset by the incredible value I got in the deal.

Had to buy bleach to clean the mouldy shower. Constant daily drilling and hammering from other condos being renovated this was daily.started at 8am till late afternoon Went 9 days without clean linen and towels.No microwave for use. Bed was hard as concrete and only 1 cheap polyester pillow on the bed.

Das Zimmer war in einem guten Zustand . Für den angebotenen Preis war das so in Ordnung .es gibt eien schönen Pool und einen kleinen Laden , wo mal vieles bekommt . Der Ausblick vom Balkon in der 19 Etage mit Meerblick ist sehr gut . Die Reinigung erfolgt 1 mal in der Woche .Ich hätte mir noch eine Mikrowelle gewünscht , dafür gab es einen Infrarotgrill . Fernsehbild ist sehr gut - alles Thai -Sender . Die Matratze sollte man mal erneuern und die verrosteten Stühle auf dem Balkon entfernen .

Veldig fin leilighet. Har selv eid flere leiligheter i Jomtien igjennom årene, og denne var fin. nye fine møbler, nylig oppusset. GOD seng, og bra Wifi og aircon. - bra utstyrt, stor smart tv og ALT du trenger på kjøkkenet og av alt annet. Imponert ! Generelt veldig fornøyd med "value for money" og kan absolutt anbefale dette. Eneste minuset var at de bløffet på strømprisen. Vi ble belastet 2500 thb for 9 dager i strøm, og det er nok uten tvil ikke gjeldende priser, her har utleier lagt godt på. Men, det får være greit, siden alt annet var bra.
