"From the moment you arrive, you realize that the photos they use have nothing to do with the place. There's water dripping from the balconies, it's dirty and smells bad, the room didn't have a curtain, the light made it impossible to sleep, and there was a condom under the bed, which clearly indicates that they don't clean properly. Also, the bathroom door was broken and jammed when you closed it. It was an experience I wouldn't recommend to anyone; a terrible place."

"The room was clean, no housekeeping unless requested, three towels upon arrival for 2 individuals, one clean towel after 3 days, no hooks in suite to hang towels and hot water was cold first night, improved by end of week!"

"Overall very clean and staff were extremely friendly. Loved that the gym had a peloton I could log into so I could still get a ride in on vacation! "
