「Great」

「Great breakfast. Clean place. Spacious rooms」

「We stayed one night, and honestly, the hotel's promise of "new updated suites" is the biggest letdown. Our room was nowhere near updated. It was old and dated, and it smelled. The pillows were about half the size of a normal pillow, which was really strange and didn't make for a comfortable night. The grounds didn't look well kept, and the area around the hotel felt a little sketchy. Considering how the rooms are advertised, this was a disappointment, and we wouldn't stay here again.」

「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」

Went to the reception to complain The lady gave me 2 keys to different rooms The first was chemically too The second was moldy So i stayed in my room The mattress was alreafy damaged... I complained & the receptionist said she was going to send a maintenance guy For 4 days no one showed up & the seat in my room was so filthy & dirty Breakfast options are very poor & not including any...

「Fun place to stay and close to downtown food and fun.」

「Beautiful place to stay」

「I stayed one night at this hotel and woke up covered in small red bites all over my body. It was extremely uncomfortable and clearly indicates poor hygiene or a bedbug issue. This was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.」

「Ok I hate to write anything negative at all, because they really do their best to go above and beyond. Noise is a huge problem for me as I am a light sleeper. This definitely makes it difficult to travel. This one is on me because I forgot about upstairs/downstairs units. In unit #1, you will hear footsteps upstairs. If this is a problem for you also, be sure to book upstairs only. There are 10 units and 7 parking spaces. You will be asked to park around the corner at their other property when...
