“Room 504. Television unwatchable due to reduced brightness and no adjustment available on remote. Toilet very low, with no hand support for tall person leverage. Cheap plastic toilet paper holder falls apart in pieces on the floor when roll in rotated. No useful electrical outlet at desk Lamp cord strung six feet across corner of room, two feet above the floor. Poor shower head, with no hand-held. No cancellation policy screwed us out of $100 -- paid $400+ for a room going for under $280 now on……

“Staff is terrible. No reception desk. The woman messaging me did not send me my room number or door code even after check in when I texted her for it. She sent me a message with missing info such as "your room number is (..)" and did not even put it in the message. I had to call multiple times. There is no reception desk which is very odd you have to call staff for everything. All communication is through phone. I got a message saying early check in would be available at 1 but when I called at……

“The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?”

“Staff is top notch, especially Shannon, however elevator broken for 6 out of 10 days we stayed here. Pool heater broken entire stay. Pool had lots of leaves everyday, there was an older gentleman who cleaned the pool and it wasn’t really his job. So we appreciate him. Rooms could use some updating, sofa was old and stained on the upholstery. Rooms are sparsely furnished. Conveniently located to anything you may need. ”

“Very nice hosts. Bed very comfortable. Room spacious. Not the Ritz, but it is great if you're looking to reminisce about a place you went with your grandparents in the late 1970s. ”

“The property seems to be undergoing some intense renovations. The room was extremely clean however, the rest of the resort was less than average, especially for the price per night. The pictures online to not clearly nor accurately represent the property.”

“Stand out service. Very clean. Great breakfast buffet- outstanding lady on staff there. She was so helpful- greeting customers and offering assistance to serve them food and drink. Very friendly snd accommodating front desk staff (Danny) and others. Really remarkable all around. Great location in middle of downtown dining, too! ”

“Extremely overpriced for the quality of the property. I’d say it’s worth no more than $200 per night. Definitely not the $600+ that we paid for 1 night. Linens could definitely use replacing or some bleach. Everything looked dingy. Only positive was the location. Will not be staying here again.”
