I booked another night and when me and my kids came in we noticed there were no towels and wash rags. My daughter came from work and wanted to shower he refused to give us towels and rags. 「Britney at the front desk was very friendly. It looks like they are doing a refurbishment on the outside of the building. The rooms looked to be refurbished already. The rooms were clean and spacious. I was able to park in front of the room. Parking lot was well lit. It was easy on and off I75. The bed was comfortable and the AC kept the room very cool. 」

「I was only there for one night but it was a really convenient location right off the interstate. Smelled good and was really clean. Breakfast consisted of a huge selection. 」

Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable 」
