"What a lovely hotel in the heart of the Upper West Side. The staff was very helpful and the hotel had an old charm to it. I would return for sure!"

"Small building but very spacious, clean, new and modern. Lots of foods nearby, close to the mall, even closer to the bus stop to go to NY. Breakfast is sufficient enough. Although the room we were assigned to, has an air leak in their AC/Heating unit. Felt the cold breeze from the outside underneath it. But the room gets warm fast. But overall great for the price, would definitely come back again. "
