Host Cathy has thought of everything, from the stocked kitchenette to the bath products and cozy snuggle blankets. Old Mandeville is one of our favorite locations for a relaxing getaway. "This place was a perfect place to stay after my wedding in Mandeville! It was super clean and the decor is SO CUTE! I really really appreciated how they were pet friendly so that I could bring my pups with me and have peace of mind. The outdoor area is such a vibe and the owner is super friendly! My family and I will be staying here again in the future!!"

"The house was nice, coffee pot was broken so we had to door dash coffee every morning which was costly. And 2 people left things behind and I tried contacting host after we arrived home and he did not get back to us. He was helpful and easy to get in touch with leading up to our trip. And he allowed us to access the house early. Overall good place to stay. Neighborhood was nice. We did a lot of walking around, enjoying the weather and views."

"This house is a vacation heaven. We enjoyed it very much. Morning coffee by the water was so relaxing. We fished, swam in the pool, played games, explored Slidel, went to lake Pontchartrain and swamps. There is so much to do in the area and the house was the icing on the cake. Thank you so much, Rick for sharing your house with us. Loved every minute of it!"

"The home is large and had plenty of space for our family to spread out. The home is right on the water and has lovely views early in the morning. Would be nice to have some outdoor furniture to sit out and enjoy the sunrise. The kitchen has the basics: dishes, silverware, pots and pans, dishwasher, cups, coffee maker, etc. It was missing trash bags though. Through no fault of the owner, the water coming out of the faucet is less than ideal. I recommend picking up bottled water on your way in....

"We came to celebrate our son's birthday, and everything about our stay was exceptional! We could not have felt more at home and comfortable in the cabin! Our family of 5 always had something to do while on the property, from feeding the deer (personal favorite), to fishing the ponds, walking the trails, catching frogs and lizards, basketball games and an epic cornhole tournament! We had a nice little thunderstorm during our stay that made for great sleeping in the cabin, and the huge covered...
