“The location is great - close to both the airport and harbour. Also nice restaurants for breakfast (6:30am) up to dinner. Room is basic and everythings in order except the weak wifi.”

“I chose this hotel because it’s so close to the harbor and my kid could get 10 more minutes sleep on the day for our speed boat trip. But the prayer at 4:00 am was rather loud, I respect the culture but … then actually my kid had a lot less sleep! And then 6:00am, crazy loud music was playing across the street (we were on the hill side). I left the fruit from breakfast box in the fridge and at night, papaya was molded! Breakfast on 6th floor was not organized. I ordered a latte and need to go……

“Pros: helpful and nice staff, clean bedroom and bathroom. Cons: absolute lack of maintenance, the hotel was build few years ago and since then there was no maintenance at all. Paint is peeling of the walls and ceiling, gardens without flowers, common areas look like construction yard, there is no space to hang around, sit together, etc. Fotos has been taken in the time the hotel was opened. Now it looks much different.”

“A fun and unique place to stay, with incredible ocean views! As other reviewers mentioned, there are a lot of stairs/difficult walkways to navigate, so this is not accessible for everyone. However, if you are capable of making the journey, it is well worth it, for a hotel unlike any I've experienced before. Just manage your expectations; this is a tree-house/cottage vibe; you will feel at one with nature and your accommodations are very private, quaint & cozy. We enjoyed it and we would stay……

“No me gusta realizar malas valoraciones pero nada que ver con los comentarios buenos que vi. Nada mas llegar la recepcionista sin ganas de trabajar poniendo cara como si le vostara todo. Y la habitacion si es como sale en las fotos, pero si mostrar los detalles. Las toallas sucias y con manchas... pedimos que las cambiaran y la chica de la limpieza muy amable nos las cambio pero la que nos dio tambien estaba manchada. ( manchas amarillas) El suelo estaba limpio como si le hubieran pasado la……

“Breakfast good however timings not adhered to. First day booked for 0600 in the room found it at 0620 at reception. Day 2 booked for 0800 arrived 0815. Day 3 booked for 0645 arrived 0630. In the evening adked if we could have towels gor folling day trip was told could collect from reception in the morning. Wdnt yo collect and was told no cant take from hotel or pay 500000 IDR per towel if i had been told tjis thd night begore wouldve hone and brought one for 100000. Should be able to sign for……
