They offered parking in the parking garage next door and explained how to use the QR code so you would be able to go in and out of the garage without having to pay the daily fee each time. The room was clean, beds and pillows were comfy. The free breakfast consisted of a variety of foods such as eggs, sausage, oatmeal, and cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, donuts, bagels, and a few other things. "We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In such cold weather, it was still very uncomfortable to bathe.
When we checked out, I reported the problem again, but the front desk staff didn’t give me any response. This was truly terrible, I couldn’t even speak for those days because I lost my voice! This was supposed to be a trip we had been looking forward to, and I was also excited to stay at this hotel. But in the end, our trip to Cincinnati was completely ruined by the cold and the illness."
