“Paul and Sophie were the consumate hosts. Attentive without being over bearing. The property is in first class order with everything you could need for a perfect quiet stay. The breakfast was amazing and freshly cooked to order every day. As we have family in the area, we have always struggled to find good accommodation but Lynedene ticked all the boxes!! We will most definitely be back. This will be our number one go to in the area. ”
“Great rooms. Exactly what we needed. Staff are very friendly and locals were too. Rooms were very clean and good size. Beds were comfy and easy access direct to car park from 1st floor, made it easy with our dogs. Fox Valley Shopping Park was 5-10 minutes walk and had some nice places for breakfast and dinner.
Will definitely use this as a base again, when bringing our dogs to the moors. ”

“The monastery has beautiful gardens to explore in any weather. The accommodation itself is spartan and authentic to the purpose, but is still good material value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again for the gardens alone, but the unique experience is also an attraction.”
