“Nice stat. Right off highway. Easy”

“Waste of money. The hotel is only fully operational on the weekends. On weekdays, it functions like an Airbnb. This was never mentioned or communicated in advance, even though I spoke with someone on the phone to inquire about bringing my dog. Imagine my surprise to show up to a completely empty hotel. It was eerie and uncomfortable. The hotel is old and has a lot of antiques which added to the weird vibe. I was completely disappointed after reading so many reviews about how magical and……

“There was a little problem with the parking being near a flight of stairs as my aunt uses a waker. A bigger problem was the TV did not work. The electricity was off in the morning. It went off at 6:45am was still off when we left at 10:30am so the was nothing hot including coffee for breakfast. I was told I would recieve a discount due to tv not working. Still have received no refund and it is almost a week.”

“The toilet in my room was broken took them four hours to get us in another room we were traveling and paid for three days in advance, trying to get a hold of management was almost impossible”

“The room was dated but clean, bed was not comfortable and for the love of Carl can you please give us more than one pillow that has at least a little integrity? No evelvator so be prepared to take your luggage up stairs. The worst part was we lost power in the middle of the night - not their fault but OOOF! It stayed off all night and all morning. We left very early down a very dark hallway and staircase as there was no way to get coffee or anything. Doubt I would return.”

“Traveling with my brother, who is disabled can be very difficult for us. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. Unfortunately this hotel does not offer a 2 queen suite wheelchair accessible with a roll in shower. The first room was not going to work due to it having a tub/shower and they only had 1 shower bench available for guests, that was already being used. She walked with me to look at a few choices. My brother had a hard time getting into the bathroom, it was not handicap……

“If you're an experienced traveler this hotel would rate above a hostel. I didn't notice the rating before booking but once there it explains the rating. It's a nice quiet place but, there wasn't a phone in the room and the rickety stairs had me worried coming and going. The bedding looked to be a couple years old but, it was clean. There wasn't a chair in the room so I had to sit on the bed. No guide for the television which meant I had to surf through the channels. AC worked great though kept……
