Family Getaway

The unit had ample space and many beds to accommodate a large group. The kitchen and living room were spacious. Enjoyed the large garage. Everything was very clean. Access to beach and pool house via shuttle was easy. Very close to golf course as well.

We just returned home from a wonderful stay at Sunshine Retreat! Lost Key is in a perfect location. Close to everything but quiet and definitely had less of a “touristy” feel. Plenty of grassy areas and sidewalks to take long walks with the dogs. But directly across the street from the beach. We rented chairs and umbrellas each day instead of lugging them along and it was definitely worth it. We had a great time getting drinks and snacks at the club and venturing into town for dinner. The owners were very easy to communicate with and they made sure our stay was good. We highly recommend this property!

It was just what we needed to enjoy the beach as a family and relax. It is so nice to be close to beach and have the shuttle service. The house is in such a nice quiet community. It was great

My family thoroughly enjoyed the duplex/villa. The staff at the resort were very pleasant and helpful. The accommodations were very clean and well maintained. The shuttle service is excellent. My family would definitely enjoy coming back here in the future.

We had a great time in Perdido Key. The house was very spacious and in wonderful condition. It was in close proximity to the beach and the pool. It was nice to have the shuttle but not too far to walk.

Will not book this again

This property has multiple problems. Each bedroom has outlets that do not work in all bedrooms. Very poor lighting in 2 of the bedrooms.Both pools were so dirty that they closed them down and the maintenance guy explained that it was managements fault for not letting them clean them as needed. The carpet on the stairways are really dirty and smell. The information book needs phone numbers updated as we needed to contact security about a delivery and the number was incorrect also the information at the shuttle hours were not right. The shuttle service asked us to put this in our review. Please update your information. Trash was left in the closet where the broom was and broken mop with empty cleaning bottles. There were cockroaches and I was able to finally kill one to show a picture on my review if that is possible but see no place to do that
