“We arrived to a beautiful, clean well equipped cottage. Colin, our host, was very friendly and helped us to settle in. ”

“This place is really well equipped and clean, it has everything you need and more. Claire was very kind and welcoming. We loved how it’s dog friendly, you can use their beautiful garden to relax and let out your dog. It’s also very close to a nature reserve with a lake and a pretty walk through woods and meadows. Only a 10 minute walk to the local co-op and 15/20 mins walk to the beach. They also have parking for 2 cars if needed. Would happily stay again. Thank you Claire ”

“Lovely clean property. Hosts were excellent with their communication”

“My mum and I visited The Old School House to celebrate mums birthday. A 2 night girls trip stay with my dog.The property was lovely and clean, hot tub nice and hot….a little too chemically for my skin, but that can happen so it wasn’t a concern.I reported that the heating was on in one of the rooms and far too hot and the team came back to me promptly to rectify. Lovely beds. All in all a lovely few days. ”

“Cosy set up , and reasonably priced , Parking was nearby . Would definitely stay again .”

“Accommodations were exactly as described. 3 bedrooms and 2 beautiful bathrooms. No closets but dressers if needed. And a great washer and dryer! There was an issue with the septicwhich was attended to immediately - however a slight odor remained for our stay. Ardian was very responsive. ”

“Great host and very comfortable accommodation. Hot tub is spotless and well maintained. Parking right outside the door. Nice walks into village and local countryside (hilly but it is Cornwall)! Very close to many manor attractions. We loved it.”

“Lovely stay at the Coach House. Great location to explore Cornwall. Great to have a wood burner. Plenty of parking. Cosy accommodation”

“A comfy settee, it slopes forward and is hard to sit on. Difficult to improve but if you had a noisy group in next door it would be difficult. We heard every word of their conversation whisky we say in our lounge. I get that they are just the other side of the door. Felt a bit intrusive though, although they were not a noisy group of girls at all, which was good.”

“Clean well presented accommodation, check was easy and well communicated, parking was easy to find with the addition of photos to help. Good location and pet friendly, close to town with a few steep steps but you quickly get used to that. Maybe a parasol would be nice to go with the table and chairs outside, even more so in this current heat wave. Make sure you bring some milk/water with you, if your after a tea/coffee after that long drive down, think that was the only thing missing would be a……

“Very happy to have off street parking. Bus stop just outside property so chose to do bus trip to Padstow - this bus goes to Bodmin Parkway should you choose to travel by train to Bodmin. Nice and spacious to spread ourselves out. A few great pubs and main High St walking distance. Would stay again.”

“Goede accommodatie, prima plek. Airco zou lekker zijn.”
