Besuch in Perpignan

Die Wohnung liegt am Rande der Altstadt, somit sind die SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten der Altstadt alle fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. ParkplĂ€tze gibt's genug in der NĂ€he der Wohnung. Diese sind von 9 bis 18 Uhr kostenpflichtig (!). Kosten fĂŒr die gesamte Parkzeit 2 Euro. Auch wenn die ParkgebĂŒhr gering ist, sollte man sie ernst nehmen, sonst kann es teuer werden.

Le Lovely "Une mauvaise expĂ©rience ! 🙁 L'appartement Ă©tait plutĂŽt bien amĂ©nagĂ© et entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©. Malheureusement, nous avons dĂ» le quitter la troisiĂšme nuit. Les propriĂ©taires nous ont informĂ©s la veille de notre arrivĂ©e qu'il y avait quelques insectes dans la cage d'escalier et qu'ils seraient enlevĂ©s ""lundi"" par une entreprise spĂ©cialisĂ©e. L'appartement lui-mĂȘme Ă©tait propre. Cela s'est avĂ©rĂ© ĂȘtre un mensonge! Le deuxiĂšme soir, nous avons trouvĂ© 3 ou 4 insectes dans l'appartement (des cafards) que nous avons tuĂ©s. AprĂšs un retour tardif le troisiĂšme jour, de nombreux cafards sont apparus dans toutes les parties de l'appartement (cuisine, salle de bain, salon, chambre Ă  coucher), ce qui nous a incitĂ©s Ă  faire immĂ©diatement nos valises pendant la nuit et Ă  informer les hĂŽtes par SMS. Leur tentative de nous trouver un autre appartement le matin a Ă©chouĂ©, ce qui nous a contraints Ă  aller Ă  l'hĂŽtel pour les quatre jours restants de notre sĂ©jour. Cela signifiait malheureusement des coĂ»ts beaucoup plus Ă©levĂ©s, une perte de confort considĂ©rable et un changement de nos plans. Malheureusement, seuls les 4 jours non utilisĂ©s nous ont Ă©tĂ© remboursĂ©s. Une mauvaise expĂ©rience !"
