A modern three-bedroom home in Nollamara, 8 km from Perth CBD, built around a private green-wall courtyard with a barbecue. Set up for families, friends, work trips and longer stays.

Inside
The open-plan living and dining room has a leather sofa, armchairs, a smart TV and a round dining table, with sliding doors to the courtyard. The kitchen has an island bench with stools, a dishwasher, gas cooking and a Nespresso machine. Reverse-cycle air conditioning is in the living area and main bedroom, with ceiling fans elsewhere, and there`s a workspace for laptop days.

- Bedroom 2: queen bed, built-in robe, ceiling fan
- Bedroom 3: queen bed, built-in robe, ceiling fan
Two bathrooms, each with a shower: the ensuite and the main bathroom. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer.

Outside
The covered courtyard has green walls, an outdoor lounge, a table and a barbecue.

The area
Nollamara is a leafy northern suburb with parks close by, including the renovated Des Penman Reserve about 1 km away. Mirrabooka Square is 1.3 km, Perth CBD 8 km and Perth Airport about 20 minutes. Trigg and Scarborough beaches are 15 to 20 minutes` drive.

Getting around
A car is the easiest way to get around, and buses run from Mirrabooka bus station. Uber and DiDi are quick to arrive.

Good to know
- Parking: Double lock-up garage for two cars. There is no driveway or street parking.
- Self check-in from 3pm. Checkout by 10am.
- After booking, you`ll get a link to complete online check-in, including photo ID for the lead guest (25 or over). Your digital guidebook arrives 3 days before your stay and your access code 24 hours before arrival.

- Up to 6 guests. Only guests on the booking may stay overnight.
- No parties or events.
- Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am, and until 9am on Sundays and public holidays, in line with WA`s noise regulations. Please keep outdoor noise low from 7pm, out of respect for our neighbours.
- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- The lead guest must be 25 or older and complete online check-in with photo ID before arrival.
- Please lock up and close windows when you head out.
- No pets, sorry. Assistance animals are always welcome, with no pet fee.

At checkout
- No need to wash dishes, strip beds or clean. Our team looks after all of that.
- Please leave the home reasonably tidy and put rubbish in the outdoor bins.
- Please leave used towels in the bathroom.
- Lock the doors and return keys as described in your check-in guide.
