Quiet, clean, affordable, good location and friendly hosts

Situated in North Perth on a quiet residential tree lined street. No car necessary as short walk to nearest bus stop. If you do have a car then off street parking is available.

Delightful cottage, fully self contained. The bedroom has queen size bed and also a single bed with all linens provided. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove, microwave and full size fridge/freezer also has tea and coffee making facilities. Good sized bathroom, with laundry. Sit outside on the verandah or under the lovely almond tree. Hosts Graham and Jill will make you feel most welcome

Pet would be welcome however this “MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO BOOKING “ (we are limited to 1 dog, no cats)

Near Perth city, 3 km away, walking distance to bus stop, with buses running every few minutes into the city centre. Supermarkets and array of shops, cafes and bars in North Perth. The cafe strip on Angrove Street will blow you away with the choice and quality on offer, along with a great selection of boutique shops.

Good basic accommodation with the necessities plus a very comfortable bed & sofa, quiet location. Hubby enjoyed photographing the visiting birds in the neighbourhood thanks for the loan of the bird book Graham. Lovely hosts, on hand if you need anything while also allowing you privacy.So easy to get to the city on public transport at reasonable cost, supermarkets within walking distance with option on returning on the bus with your groceries which drops you at the top of the street Great weekly Saturday morning Farmers Market too about 5 minutes walk with a great choice of products. We had a great time exploring Perth and the surrounding area. We have no hesitation in recommending you book with Jill and Graham, we hope to see you again in the future. J&D - UK

Great set up at the bottom of the owner's garden. Quiet and neat with everything you'd need for a short stay. Owners very responsive and helpful. Buses into CBD stop close by so easy to travel. Shops for groceries aren't that close but a servo near for basics. Would recommend!

I stayed for 3 nights with my adult daughter. Check was easy and at your convenience. The Cottage is quaint, quiet and very accessable to everywhere. We usually stay at hotels but this was much more private and secure. Complete kitchen means u can save money cooking your meals vs takeaway. The hosts were very accomadating. I will definitely stay again.

Private and easily accessible. Well appointed with great hot water shower, to the point of being dangerously hot! Appreciated the provision of milk for a cuppa and toiletries if needed. Fridge/freezer was noticeably mechanically noisy especially at night. Pricing was competitive and hosts checked in on our arrival and departure without being intrusive. The small cottage we stayed was good for the price. If you have issues walking it's probably not the place for you. It is located at the very back of the property and the walk way is uneven, sloped and some steps. For me it was ok. Bed was very comfortable, there was coffee, tea, sugar and milk. Shower was powerful. It was good for our needs. I Would recommend this cottage. It had everything you need. Near shops and restaurants. We had electric scooters so scooted into North bridge for dinner.

It was exactly what I needed. Place to Eat, Sleep, and Shower. Shopping Centre - just up the road. Places to eat upto 8pm at night. Otherwise takeaways. Access was excellent. Being just off 2 main roads meant is was easy to get to where I was going daily.
