Absolutely glorious property, very well appointed kitchen with plenty of crockery, cooking utensils and cutlery. The property was very clean and well presented. More than enough beds and with the three bathrooms there was never a que for the 7 guests. Would definitely recommend this property for large families, we will definitely book this one again.

Excellent location and lovely property.I feel your cleaner has let you down as the property wasn’t clean.I have photos to show hairs in shower, dried toothpaste in sink. Dirty microwave, bits in drawers. Toilet next to laundry dirty. But great property and worked for our family and once we cleaned we wete happy.

A beautiful property, perfect for a group of friends with everything you need. Great location and close to everything, but still in a nice quiet area. Will definitely be coming back.

Amazing stay

This was a great place to stay, very relaxing. Great to have space to come back to after a big day out. Easy to to unwind cook a meal and have a few guest visit.

Perfect family getaway

Overall a really relaxing stay in a beautiful house on the water! Everything we needed was available The beds were all super comfy and linen and towels that were provided were soft and luxurious. Just a perfect weekend away!

Canal Stay

The hot water system is inadequate and cannot be used by more than one bathroom at a time. Back downstairs bathroom and toilet need attention. No manuals or information left for guests. Small things that should be provided at the price such as soaps, tissues etc. were not available in some of the bathrooms. The guard gate on the front door needs a replacement mechanism to keep it open when trying to move in or out. otherwise despite the weather we enjoyed the large view from the dining room.

Great stay

We were a group of friends that stayed for the weekend. Great location, clean & well-kept property and everything we needed for a lovely weekend away. We had a storm come through Mandurah but this did not effect the stay & we were still able to have some sundowners on the alfresco area. Dot, the host, was very helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again :-)

Fabulous Mandurah

Eight of us (all seniors) had a wonderful 5 days in this magnificent house on the canals. Everything was spotlessly clean and spacious. Great sitting on the verandah decking watching the birdlife and trying our hands at a bit of crabbing with drop nets of the jetty. Lovely setting and would thoroughly recommend a holiday here for all ages at anytime of the year

Fantastic getaway

We stay here 10 years ago when grand kids were just born. To take them back was amazing. They loved the place and learnt to kayak, swim in the estuary, crab and catch fish. Was a relaxing weekend away. The house itself was clean and had everything we needed. Really recommend Dot's home.

Relaxing and peaceful

Lovely big home clean and tidy when checking in. house was fabulous, the deck was the best spot! The only negative would be the driveway/parking. Very tight and a squeeze parking cars in the narrow driveway & carport. The towels on beds up stairs were folded but quite wet still.. all in all would recommend.

Fantastic

We went to this property with extended family for my moms 80th Everything was spotless and it had everything we needed and more . The deck was wonderful and the furniture tasteful and beds very very comfortable . I can’t recommend this property enough .

Luxury accommodation

Very comfortable for our group of nine aged 70 + friends. We had a wonderful time and especially enjoyed the balcony over the Canal for meals and drinks. We also had a pair of swans with 4 big cygnets visiting us each day. Most enjoyable stay especially in December as we also were able to go on the Christmas lights cruise.

Plenty of space to relax. Ideal central location for Mandurah allowing easy access to shops by car but peaceful and relaxing by the canal watching visiting wildlife.

Perfection

Just had a 2 night stay with with some friends. Perfectly size house with a massive table for dinners and board games. The house was clean, tidy and well presented. I would definitely recomend it to others.
