"Start by offering one room with a firm mattress and even advertise it. You might be surprised you can even charge a few more bucks for the firm mattress. I cannot be the only guest in your history with an old back. Everything else was great!"

"This was such a great find! First time staying at a ski resort and it was perfect! Really enjoyed the ski in / ski out. We had beautiful views from our room complete with balcony overlooking the slopes! Loved the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs. Fire pits outside were also nice to have. Very cozy atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly and helpful at the hotel."

"There was only one person able to check in people when we arrived before the big eclipse; it took over an hour to check in. We were told a worker was sick, but it was disappointing that there was not another staff member able to independently check in people. The hotel did make it up to us when we asked, but it was an unwelcome experience."
