"Modern entrance/lobby but tired building inside. Very good hotel if you want to be close to shopping malls and have access to nearby local markets. Comfortable room and great guest services. 1. Rooms -- Firm bed, prompt response to room requests (e.g. an extra toilet paper). Reasonably quiet, though occasional traffic noise from outside. Reasonably clean but if you're expecting 5-star hotel level of impeccable cleanliness, you're not going to get it here. 2. Location -- Couldn't ask for a better location - There are multiple shopping malls (including supermarkets) within 3-10 minutes' walking distance, as well as good options for affordable Thai massages. 3. Food/drinks -- Filtered cold water and cantaloupe tea are available in the hotel lobby."
