Everything was as advertised. The home was in walking distance to my niece’s apt and convenient walk, Uber or subway for everything we did.

Great option for a stay in Philly!

We really enjoyed our stay at Philly Town House: 12 Min walk to Center City. Pros: Great location, comfortable, clean, roomy, well appointed, fully stocked kitchen, great communication with property manager, amazing view from the rooftop. Cons: super busy road, parking can be a challenge, lots of road noise (it didn't particularly bother us, but it is definitely noticeable), no furniture on the rooftop. Will definitely stay again!

clean, modern home

Had a great time staying in this home. We rented to house staff for an event in downtown Philly. House was perfect - extremely clean and well furnished. Hosts were responsive and helpful throughout. Assuming our event is in Philly again, would definitely try to book this spot again.
