“I check in late. When I enter the room, the room wasn't clean beds are not wash towels are in the floor, toilets is awful. Garbage from previous guest are still there with unpleasant smell ”

“The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the overall experience fell short. The front desk staff were not very friendly, which set a negative tone from the start. The property itself needs maintenance, especially in the bathroom, where the wear and tear was noticeable. There were no good amenities, and for the price, breakfast should have been included. The value just wasn’t there.”

“Futon is very uncomfortable, no sheets provided. Did have pillow and quilt. Tore my shorts on a wire coming through the cushion of futon. Bathroom desperately needs a remodel. Cleaned but mold in caulk in tub. Floor in bath missing tiles, a little mold. Sink was remolded but glass is chipped. Curtain rods missing ends and coming out of wall. Kitchen was updated and okay. Living room ok. Bedroom was ok. Place just looks used and could be made nice with some effort. Just don’t plan on……

“I would like to shout out the photographer of this property. They need a raise! The place was very run down. It's in a rough area, neighborhoods didn't feel inviting. We could hear traffic from our room, and the train went by several times. The room was described as "able to sleep 4." Well, that was simply impossible. There was 1 king size bed. No couch. No futon. Just a large chair that was impossible to sleep in as a full-size adult. The tv barely worked and then didn't at all. It was a very……
