“I loooooove this hotel. So tranquil and beautifully designed for a small boutique hotel with apartment-like amenities (kitchen, etc). It’s tucked away on a quiet mostly residential street. The pool is just the size for a quick cool off at the end of a hot day. Breakfast is very tasty with an emphasis on Vietnamese classics. Folks at the front desk couldn’t be more delightful. ”

“去過很多國家, 越南也去過好幾個城市, 有時住頂級國際品牌的酒店, 今次這酒店的服務可算是住過的酒店中最好的5%
夜機到一連住5晚, 客房被免費升級了。到了第三晚有痾嘔的情況, 職員帶了醫護上來幫忙, 到準備離開的一天, 其中一個職員認得還加以慰問。後來到CHECK-OUT時, 要我們等候5分鐘, 原來職員上房查看, 發現我遺留了耳機, 於是我們上房取回! 很多細節都讓我們驚訝酒店的服務。
硬件來說, 過一條馬路就到海灘, 附近也有很好評分的餐廳。推介!”

“酒店式公寓，房间很大，两个卧室，非常舒适，公寓内设施齐备，办理入住在顶层的lounge。早餐还算丰盛，每天都可以吃到越南河粉，中西口味都有。顶楼无边泳池非常受欢迎，孩子们每天都要在那里玩上两个小时。最后两天快离开的时候我因为生病，酒店前台服务员全程陪伴我去医院就诊，还细心的帮我垫付来回的出租车费。下午回到酒店后还有专人打来电话问候我的病情，非常感谢酒店的贴心服务。”

“Beautiful room, very spacious and clean. Would say the walk to the beach is more like 20/25 minutes but grabs come super quick and probably take 5 mins to get there. The roof terrace and pool are lovely and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I actually didn’t really want to leave and will 10000% stay here on my next visit to Da Nang”

“Good hotel for a good price. Have already reviewed it for a previous stay so will not add much in this review. For our stay in Da Nang,that was in 4 different hotels in the 30-60$ per night price range, this hotel was our favourite. Mainly due to the room which was very big and exquisite and the closeness to fun stuff in the neighborhood.
We did experience ants that were attracted to our open food, which we werebt prepared for and had to throw out as they were already setting up camp there……

“What a lovely and central place Moon has here. She really goes out of her way to make you welcome - so do her staff. I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and it was big enough for me….it would be big enough for two.
I will book the penthouse when I come next time. I had a Quick Look at it and it looks GREAT!”

“在門面方面，由於門口是有一個小茶店，剛到有點不好找，但相對不是什麼大問題。個人覺得店面哪個小石路反而有點不太好走，雖說配合該酒店的裝修，但覺得可以做得平滑一點。
當日電梯頂部有一隻守護神(壁虎)，四天都有在，可能真是該酒店的守護神。
房間沒有什麼可以挑剔，清潔舒適，有洗衣機之餘還有乾衣機這個設備非常的好。
天台有個小泳池，我不懂游泳，所以沒用得著。
該酒店本身沒有自己的食堂，但週邊要找食店也有後多選擇，雖然不是什麼大型店舖，但也味度不錯，而去BIG……

"Extremely disappointed the hotel not possible providing the advance booked supreme class seaview room type at the first three days, due to the room being occupied by others, though the reception officers keen offering alternate room. Outcome, my family had suffered from staying at a down-graded smaller size seaview room during the first three day and returned to the booked supreme class seaview room only at the last 2 days.
Time lost for change rooms leading me quite poor travelling experienced due to hotel not securing their room reservation commitment!!"
